How do I join The TEEAM roster?
Simply go to our home page and click the "Request Design" button or the “Click to Apply” tab in the rotating header carousel
**If including reference media/pictures, please email us DIRECTLY at theteeam.info@gmail.com AFTER submitting your request
*Make sure to make the subject "Design Request", and use the email associated with your account (if subscribed).

What should I put in my request?
The request form will answer most needed info, if anything else is felt should be addressed, please leave a comment at the end of the request form or in an email after submitting request.
Detailed request and custom apparel may be subject to consultation, and if you want to continue with the request, a consultation fee of $50+ (Depending on wants, resources, and hours) will be charged.

How long until my request is on the store?
This is dependent on supply/influx of design request, along with the budget and expedite requirements of your desired design/catalog
Some designs may be subject to being added to specific catalog drops, also affecting the 'release' time.
Custom/private/limited designs for companies, events, etc. may not be released on the site upon request.

How long do orders take to ship?
Orders should be received in 10 business days from ship date for most items. 97% OTD < 14 business days. If you do not receive your order within 14 business days, please fill out the "Order Inquiry" form on the Contact page with your order number as the first line of the comment section and any comments you have. Our client support team will investigate the issue and provide details, reorder information, or refund

Can I return items or whole orders?
Yes. Untarnished returns are subject to 15% restocking fee (minus tax). We recommend [customer] to record opening orders to document if any issues are on our behalf. You can return items for refund or for new corrected item. Any returns without proof of error on our behalf are subject to a 40% return.
Send items to the business address in our footer, contact page, or about us page. Make sure to complete order inquiry form and include your order # and reason for return.

How long until I receive my refund?
Refund request should be received and authorized within 24-48 hours. Once approved, if no re-order is desired, refunds should be allocated within 3-5 business days.
If refund is not received within 3-5 business days after approval, please fill out the "Order Inquiry" form on the Contact page with your order number as the first line of the comment section and any comments you have
