Share
Many people start companies. The sad truth is over 98% of new businesses fail before their second year. While a good number of this is due to ‘entrepreneurs’ quitting on the business, there is also reason to believe this quitting and staggering percentage is due to a lack of brand awareness.
A brand and branding are two different things. While The TEEAM is a merchandise servicer, sourcer, and consulting entity, that is NOT our brand. The TEEAM’s brand is its dedication to community and artist awareness. It is our pursuit of creative freedom and fulfillment while providing monetary freedom and fulfillment.
A brand is more than what you do, it is how you do it and why you do it.
Your branding is the next step — it is how you visualize or present your brand. On a very surface level example, our branding includes highlighting The TEEAM’s connection through shared community content It also includes keeping set specific moods and feelings to the branding content you put out.
All-in-all, Branding and establishing a brand can be difficult and requires a lot of planning and strategizing to execute correctly, but keep these tips in mind the next time you ask yourself, “ What is my brand?” Or “How should I go about branding?”
